Are your diamonds conflict-free?
Yes. Our diamonds are sourced from reputable suppliers who adhere to strict ethical standards and support responsible diamond mining.
What is the difference between lab-grown and natural diamonds?
Lab-grown diamonds are created in a controlled environment that replicates how diamonds form, and have the same physical, chemical and optical properties as natural diamonds. Natural diamonds formed deep within the earth over millions of years.
Are your diamonds certified?
Yes. Every diamond comes with a certificate of authenticity and quality from a reputable laboratory, including GIA, IGI and HRD.
Will I pay customs taxes or import duties?
No. We handle all customs taxes and import duties on your behalf, so there are no hidden fees or extra charges waiting for you at delivery.
Do you ship internationally?
Not yet. We currently ship within Canada only, and aim to deliver within 3 to 5 business days.
What is your return policy?
You have 15 days from delivery to start a return. Email info@diamoradesign.ca and we'll send you a prepaid return label. A CAD 50 restocking fee applies, and refunds are processed as soon as the item is received and inspected.
