At Diamora Design, we want you to be absolutely confident in your purchase. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, we’ve made our return process straightforward and cost-free.

15-Day Return Window

You have 15 daysfrom the date of delivery to initiate a return. To ensure a smooth process, please reach out to us within this timeframe.

How to Start a Return

Returning your item is simple and handled entirely via mail:
Initiate Your Return: Send an email to info@diamoradesign.ca.

1. Get Your Label: We will provide you with a pre-paid return shipping label via email.

2. Pack Securely: To protect your purchase, please enclose the product in its original sealed box along with the certificate. Place the box inside a secure, padded envelope before shipping.

Fees & Shipping Costs

Restocking Fees: CAD 50
Shipping Costs: Diamora Design is responsible for all return shipping costs. We provide the label, so there is no out-of-pocket expense for you.

Refund Timeline

We prioritize getting your money back to you as quickly as possible:

• Processing: Your refund will be processed immediately upon our receipt and inspection of the returned product.

• Credit Display: While we process the refund right away, please allow up to 5 business days for the credit to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your financial institution.
